Sales Policy

All sales of products through this BoschToolsShop.in is carried out by Eshopbox E-commerce Private Limited, an Indian company with a registered address on the 3rd floor, WeWork Vi- John Tower, Phase III, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana - 122016, (“Seller”) as authorized seller of Bosch products. The terms "we", "us" or "our" refer to Eshopbox E-commerce Private Limited

By placing an order on this site, you are entering into a purchase/sale transaction with the Seller. All names, brands, trademarks, and logos are owned by Bosch Power Tools India and can only be used with permission from Bosch Power Tools India.

Price- (a) The total price payable by the customer will be the amount(s) specified on the order summary page (“Customer Order”), payable in Indian currency, including taxes as applicable. A retail invoice will be generated once the payment is made by the customer and will be provided at the time of delivery.

(b) GST Number once mentioned while placing the order, cannot be changed.

(a) Accepted Payment Methods: We offer various convenient payment methods for your orders. Customers are required to choose any of the payment methods while placing an order on our website. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay, and any other payment method accepted by us from time to time.
  • Online Transfer: Secure online bank transfers.
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Instant payment through UPI apps.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment can also be made in cash when the product is delivered to you.
  • Wallet Payments: You can use your digital wallet to make payments for your orders.

Payment Discrepancies: In rare instances, at the time of making a payment, the money may be debited from the customer's account, but the order may not be generated. If such a situation occurs, it is likely due to an error beyond our control, resulting in the money not being credited to us.

Resolution Steps: If you encounter a situation where payment is debited, but the order is not generated, please take the following steps:

  • Check With Your Bank: First, check with your respective bank to identify the cause of the issue.
  • Bank Redressal: Contact your bank for assistance and redressal of the payment issue. They can help investigate and resolve the matter.

Please note that any such issues are outside our control, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving them with your bank.

Payment Security

Secure Transactions: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways.

Currency and Taxes

(a) Currency: All transactions will be conducted in the Indian currency (INR).

(b) Taxes: Applicable taxes, if any, will be included in the total price at the time of checkout.

(a) Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes or discrepancies related to payments, both parties will make good faith efforts to resolve the issue through negotiation and communication.

(b) Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Payment Policy, subject to prior notice to customers. Any such modifications will be communicated in a timely manner.

Delivery
 We provide exceptional customer service and deliver quality products with great care. This delivery policy outlines our commitment to timely deliveries and addresses the procedures for order changes. Please take a moment to review the following information.

 

Delivery Time Estimate: Any delivery date confirmed by us is an estimate only. If, for any unforeseen reason, we are unable to deliver the products on the initially confirmed delivery date, rest assured that we will make every effort to complete the delivery within a reasonable time after the initially confirmed delivery date.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to complete the delivery on the agreed-upon time, typically due to customer unavailability, the following steps will be taken:

  • We will take back the order and work with the customer to schedule another delivery date.
  • We will make 2 delivery attempts to fulfill the order.

If the customer continues to remain unavailable after 2 delivery attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our sole discretion. We value your convenience and will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
 

Product Availability: We are committed to maintaining accurate stock levels and correct pricing for all products listed on our website. We strive to ensure that all products are in stock, and that pricing is accurate.

Unavailable Items: In the unlikely event that an ordered item becomes unavailable, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will promptly notify you within 2 business days to arrange for a full refund.

Proof of Purchase: Customers are required to retain proof of purchase and proof of payment for their orders. This is important to facilitate transactions, claims, and after-sales support efficiently. We recommend keeping this documentation in a safe and easily accessible place.

Location Serviceability

(a) Check Serviceability: To verify whether an order can be delivered to your location, please enter your pin code on the home pageThis allows you to check serviceability at your desired delivery location.

(b) Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we can only ship goods within India, and we cannot deliver to addresses outside of India.
